Open Car Transport - starting at only$0.95/mile
The most common and cost-effective form of auto transport is open car transport. As the name suggests, your car is transported on an open-air trailer. This form of transport is the least expensive because the vehicle is easily accessible to the driver, making it simple for the driver to load and secure the vehicle to the trailer. Though the vehicle is exposed to the outdoor elements like rain and dust, PG Transit also offers a service to cover the vehicle during transport with a vehicle tarp (available additional cost).
Enclosed Auto Transport - starting at only $1.35/mile
If you feel your vehicle needs extra protection, then going for an enclosed auto transport service is a smart move. In enclosed auto transport, your vehicle is transported in a covered carrier, protecting it from elements like bad weather. This mode of transport takes a little more time to load and secure the vehicle which factors into the cost.
Enclosed transport is very popular among customers with classic and luxury/high value vehicles. These vehicles typically have greater appraised value which carry higher cargo insurance premiums for transport, which will also be factored into the cost.
Transport Cost and Timeline
The cost to transport a vehicle in Georgia and most states will vary depending on many factors. Variables like Open or Enclosed Trailer transport, the distance the vehicle is being transported, what type of vehicle it is, etc. PG Transit makes the process simple by providing you with a flat rate quote with NO hidden fees. Just complete the simple Transport Request Form and you will have a quote within 24 hours to get your vehicle where it needs to go by the agreed upon timeline.

You or the receiver that you authorize to receive the vehicle will need to sign the BOL confirming the vehicles condition as well as the date and time it was dropped off, then it will be unloaded from the trailer and the transport process is complete.
